This Fondation started as a Clinic and was founded in January 1978 by Dr. Stephen Ngole Nzume. AIM To provide essential health care to a mainly Rural population in the fields of nutrition and health education, curative medicine, maternity and family planning.
Kumba urban town in which the Foundation is situated has a population of about 420.000 it is the Divisional head quaters of Meme Division with a population of 800.000. The majority of this population is rural and the people are peasant farmers.
